In both national parks you will visit the most beautiful places, such as the Hut by the Borisov peak in the Great Fatra, or we will walk the path between two of the highest peaks in the Low Tatras with the beautiful views at the whole Tatra mountains.

The Great Fatra and the Low Tatras National Parks form the natural borders of the Liptov region. Along with the High Tatras and the capital city Bratislava, Liptov belongs to the most attractive regions. Hiking and cycling in summer, down-hill and cross-country skiing in winter are the activities often pursued by tourists in Liptov.
This trip is unique, because of the place where we are going to stay. We will be based in Wili Hunter chalets, in one of the valleys of the Great Fatra mountains, approximately 2 km far away from the village Liptovske Revuce. Wili Hunter is situated in absolute privacy, surrounded by forests, hills and streams, that you can hear whenever you open the window. Forget about WIFI and mobile signal. This is wilderness.
Hiking in these mountains can be strenous, as the ascents are steep with substantial elevation gain over a short distance. That´s why certain level of fitness is required. To accomplish the hikes you should be able to walk over 20 km with the cumulative elevation gain of over 1000 metres. We are not going to do any scrambling.
